General Terms & Conditions

 

Cake designs and general appearances are subject to slight variations and availability of seasonal fruits and decorative accessories.

 

We will endeavour to re-design and to reflect as closely as possible to the spirit of the original design using replacement products. In all cases we will try to contact you to advise you of any such changes, however we reserve the right to replace these items without consultation.

 

Prices, terms and conditions, wordings and cake designs are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Each amendment on confirmed orders is subject to a $5 surcharge and will be accepted on a case-to-case basis with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice.

 

No customised cake inscriptions for all cakes less than 1 kg.

 

All orders are subject to acceptance by DJ Bakery and are subject to product availability, cake design and flavours.

 

DJ Bakery reserve the right to make any changes or withdrawal without prior notice.

 

DJ Bakery reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

 

Ordering Lead Time

 

For cakes below 3kg, 3 working days is required. For cakes 3kg and above, 4 working days is required.

 

For customized/3D/photo cakes, at least 5 working days is required.

 

Advance notice required is subject to cake design and flavours. Due to festive season, peak period or time slots, we strongly recommend all customers to place their order as early as possible.

 

Cancellation, Refunds & Amendments

 

Cancellation and amendment of order is not allowed.

 

Goods received in good order and conditions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Delivery

 

Free delivery service to ONE location is applicable with a minimum spending of $150 (excluding delivery charges, privileges e-voucher, promotion code and e-discounts).

 

Delivery Charges of $20 per order, per location is applicable for orders below $150 (excluding delivery charges, privileges e-voucher, promotion code and e-discounts).

 

Delivery service is currently only available within Singapore. Delivery to Sentosa Island and Tuas area has an additional surcharge of $8 on top of standard delivery fee.

 

Unfortunately, a second delivery is subjected to additional delivery charges. Re‐delivery charges of $10.00 (Next Day) and $15.00 (Same Day) will apply to all re-deliveries and are subject to driver availability.

 

DJ Bakery is not responsible for undelivered products due to the absence of the recipients or wrong address given.

 

Refusal of any item by the recipient will still considered as delivered and no refunds will be made.

 

All orders must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediate upon delivery. There will be NO REFUND given for purchases made before confirmation with our staffs.

 

While DJ Bakery endeavours to fulfil all deliveries, DJ Bakery shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

 

We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any money paid at our absolute discretion with or without reasonable basis.

 

All orders are subject to acceptance by DJ Bakery.
